Gateway 2 has introduced a greater
emphasis on demonstrating that
a building has been properly designed,
coordinated and can be constructed
in compliance with the Building
Regulations before work begins on site.
Roscoe has successfully supported a number of projects through the Gateway 2 process, working alongside clients, principal designers, architects and the wider design team to prepare coordinated structural information that meets the requirements of the submission. We work collaboratively to identify and resolve issues early, helping to reduce delays and give clients confidence that their project is ready for submission.
