One Medlock Street, the £106m 38-storey bespoke PBSA facility located in the heart of Manchester City Centre. The RC frame provides 1014 student bedrooms alongside generous amenity spaces and a roof terrace.
The building features a unitised glazed and aluminium façade along with a feature precast concrete artwork elevation which references the sites setting adjacent to the River Medlock.
The project successfully achieved Gateway 2 regulatory approval in May 2025 and is currently being delivered on site with completion due in 2028.
