Boho X, a seven-storey, 60,000 sq ft Grade A office building designed by JM Architects.
The building includes a gym, lecture theatre, rooftop bar, and ground-floor café, offering a holistic environment for occupants. Adopting highly efficient cellular floor beams married with carefully detailed traditional masonry support systems ensured a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating was achieved with a highly detailed traditional masonry façade. 2024 BCO awards finalist demonstrating a truly innovative approach to office design.
