A £25m primary & secondary school combining new build and refurbishment of a Grade II listed Victorian school on a steeply sloping site. We worked with Keir Construction NW to deliver the full refurbishment of the existing Victorian buildings, along with the new build composite steel framed school and associated MUGA and car parking.
