Roscoe were appointed by LSSH to provide civil & structural engineering services for the Symons House student accommodation development in Leeds city centre. Roscoe were engaged from concept design stage through to delivery when we were novated across to main contractor, RG Group.
22 storey insitu reinforced concrete frame (plus basement), utilising walking columns and transfer structures to maximise the floorplate whilst providing unobstructed access to the footpath below.
