A new £130m residential development in the heart of Leeds for Delancey and Get Living comprising circa 780 apartments across eight different buildings on one site. All apartments will be developed for the private rental sector (PRS).

All buildings are to be of insitu reinforced concrete frame construction and range from seven to 23 storeys in height, with podiums at low level to provide commercial and plant spaces.
