Roscoe are providing design services for the large scale precast concrete cladding elements at the first phase of Brighton 3T’s Hospital. The design intent for bracketry and support locations is being communicated between our designers and the production detailing team at Explore Manufacturing.

The exchange of information is being handled completely within a BIM environment with 3D model files being exchanged to ensure coordination between the structural precast elements, manufacturing constraints and other design team members is maintained throughout. Installation commenced in June 2018 and was completed in December 2019.
