A new build seven storey steel frame development providing 60,000sqft (net) of Grade A office in the Boho district of Middlesbrough. Working alongside contractor Galliford Try, Roscoe have provided full civil and structural engineering services for the delivery of the scheme. Boho X won the Innovation Award at the 2024 British Council for Offices' (BCO) North Awards for 'setting the market standard' and its role in the regeneration of this area of Middlesbrough.
