The first phase of the new £130m office development for LCR will provide over 400,000sqft of Grade A office space across two buildings of nine and fourteen storeys.

A shared basement will house plant, car parking and back of house space. The superstructures utilise a composite steel frame and cellular beams so as to maximise headroom and ensure efficiencies throughout. Further phases of this major project will provide two additional buildings of up to 25 storeys.
