Redgate, a purpose-built student accommodation scheme with Torsion Group on Traffic Street in Nottingham has topped out. The topping out ceremony marks the highest point of the build and is a key milestone in construction of this 297-bed scheme.
Located within the city centre adjacent to the new Business campus for the University of Nottingham, as well as a mix of 220 cluster rooms and 77 studios, the building will contain a lounge, gym, study rooms, games room, shared private dining space and external landscaped areas.
Construction is due to complete for student intake in September 2024.
