Last week, we attended the Topping Out ceremony for Burley Studios, a 183-bed student accommodation scheme in Leeds. It was great to meet with the project team to celebrate this key milestone and see the progress on site.
Burley Studios is designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and with common space, study pods, a cinema room, games room and a gym, the scheme is on track for Fitwel 3-star certification.
We look forward to seeing it progress to the next stages.
