The frame is complete and scaffolding is being removed at our build-to-rent scheme in Halifax. The £21m residential development on Cow Green, a former multi-storey carpark, will provide 122 high-quality one and two-bedroom apartments. The new homes will be highly sustainable, with air source heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, wastewater heat recovery, as well as electric vehicle charging and an electric car club for residents.
The removal of the scaffolding to the front elevation reveals the brickwork detailing and showcases the progress on site.
