Roscoe’s Boho X development has won the British Council for Offices’ (BCO) Innovation Award at its regional ceremony for the North East! Boho X represents a huge milestone in the regeneration of the Boho district of Middlesbrough, providing over 60,000 sqft of Grade A office space, as well as a gym, health studio, lecture theatre and rooftop bar.
Judges spoke of how Boho X had “transformed urban spaces and propelled the North’s digital and creative sectors to global prominence. The office sets a market standard with its distinctiveness, flexibility and top-notch amenities.”
