One Park Place submitted for planning

Working alongside Hodders and Partners, planning permission has now been submitted for One Park Place in Manchester, a 25-storey residential scheme located in one of Manchester's main growth areas.

The proposals are for 154 apartments, comprising 48 one-bedroom and 108 two bedroom apartments, as well as ground floor commercial units and a pocket courtyard.
